Why is my status pending?

Good question, your status is pending while we verify your equity status to ensure we are providing free technical assistance to eligible applicants and their qualified equity partners.

How long does it take to receive a response?

It typically takes up to 4 business days to confirm an equity status and turn on services. It may take longer, depending on holidays and volume of applications.

Do I have to wait for approval to receive support?

Yes, you need to wait to receive full services. There are lots of resources available while you wait. Scroll down.

Who should I speak to about my equity status?

Contact your cannabis equity program office to obtain information about your equity status.

What happens if, my status is approved?

If your status is approved, you will notified via email that you can login and claim your free membership.

What happens if, my status is denied?

If your status is denied we will send you an email to let you know we were unable to verify your equity status. You can contact your cannabis equity program office to find out what if anything is missing. If your status with the city changes, email and let us know.
